Vendor Information
Sales spaces are 16' x 25' deep. Because we have added more music, three full days, we have had a slight increase in the cost of vendor spaces. You will have to bring your own tables. No Refunds. Show times: Wednesday, May 10 - Early bird meal and open stage with "Coyote Ridge" and" Movin On Bluegrass" beginning at 6:00 p.m. If you would like to join us for the meal the cost is $10 per person, please indicate on the application and include payment with cost of space. Thursday, May 11 - will be the Bluegrass Scramble at the Uwharrie Golf Course near Asheboro, NC at 10 a.m. Music 1:00 - 11:00 p.m. Thursday - Saturday and Church service will be held in the Jackson Hill Church at 9 a.m. Sunday morning.
The cost to set up will be as follows:
3-day Vendor Space (Thurs. - Sat.) for two persons - $200.00
2-day Vendor Space (Fri. & Sat.) for two persons - $140.00
Any more than 2 sales people will be an additional $70.00 for 3-day
$55.00 for 2-day
If you want to camp it will be an extra $12.00 per day. If you want to camp at sales space, please let us know. If everyone is honest about what they sale, we will do our best not to overlap vendors.
